Inside the mind's EyE at cat 5 collectivE
My business is YOUR BUSINESS!!
More specifically, empowering care for individuals, companies and those that they work with is my passion!
The underserved community in business is overcoming the "assumption-based thinking" mentality that businesses don't care for their employees; that people are disposable; or that practice standards are concrete operations. Time, development, complacency, growth, attrition, transition, conflict and monotony can all be contributing factors to adverse discourse, perception-bias, and sub-optimal outcomes.
In reality, the viability of strong work culture is the human-centered reality that
people, policy & processes
are only as good as the integrity alignment and support each provides the other.
The core of solutions starts with the desire to follow through, not just acknowledge an issue. This takes a very honest obligation and commit to the outcome, and vulnerable willingness subject oneself (at any level) to discomfort in discovery; reflect and correct in resolution; and actively engage in solution fulfillment.
Often times individuals and organizations are too close to the "problem" to objectively outreach and end up missing all the signs to solution. people and processes yearned for intentional authentic leadership and someone willing to ask the hard questions for resolution.
Cat 5 Collective is not about "me" - it's about YOU! You want solutions & are ready to get out of your way to achieve them? Let's work together to solve for "why" in whatever that capacity means for you.
Years of solutions-based curiosity, optimism, quick wit, calm/objective thinking, and persistent humor have blended with a natural tenacity and resilience that could only be paired with the nickname given as a very young child: Hurricane Kimberly!
While mentally energetic, full speed ahead, and quizzical by nature; when others need guidance, the energy quickly converts to a focused, mindful steward of solutions and resolutions!
